A historic day for the Tramuntana Group
Last Friday, March 21st was a day of celebration for the entire Tramuntana team and for the community of Portús. After almost three months of work, effort and dedication, we have completely transformed the Tramuntana Supermarket. Finally, we can share this moment with you.
The space has been renovated to offer our customers a more comfortable, modern and pleasant shopping experience, adapted to their needs.
A change that project us into the future, within the framework of a commercial space that evolves with the territory.
A comprehensive renovation designed for the customer
This reopening is not just a change of image. It is a step forward in our way of understanding Retail, with a fully optimized distribution so that customers can enjoy their purchase more easily and comfortably.
Among the main improvements, the following stand out:
- A new, more modern and functional access with escalators and lift, improving mobility for everyone.
- A larger, tidier and brighter space, with better organisation of the products.
- The complete renovation of the façade and interior, with the new corporate image of Tramuntana.
- A more fluid shopping experience, with more differentiated areas designed to make purchases quickly and intuitively.
With these changes, we want each customer to feel at home, comfortable and at ease, making the Tramuntana Supermarket a shopping reference in Portús.
A reopening ceremony full of emotion
Last Friday, March 21st, in the entrance hall of the supermarket, we experienced a very special moment. The reopening was celebrated with an institutional event that was attended by representatives of the municipality, the media, workers, industrialists who have carried out the works and, above all, loyal customers who have accompanied us for decades.
During the event, the 80 years of history that have brought us here were remembered. From the first store, Casa Raurich, to the new Tramuntana Supermarket, our essence remains intact: to be close to the customer and evolve to always offer them the best service.
This milestone has been possible thanks to the involvement of industrialists, technicians and the collaboration of teams from various establishments of the group, who have worked in a coordinated and intense way to make this project a reality.
Seeing the first customers coming in and discovering the new space was the best reward. We met up with familiar faces, some lifelong customers and others who visited us for the first time. All with the same enthusiasm.
The new Tramuntana Supermarket is now a reality!
This is just the beginning of a new stage. This reopening is part of a broader plan: a few days ago, we moved the PetShop pet store to a new, larger space, and on March 7 we reopened the renovated Éclair Perfumery: a larger space of more than 800 m² and with much more visibility. Soon, we will complete this stage with the inauguration of a new shoe store, which will further expand the offer of our shopping centre.
