Centres

Our centres are open every day of the year except Christmas Day. You can check the updated opening hours of each centre in the section “Find us“.

Tramuntana Moda is the name given to Grup Tramuntana’s clothing, accessories and complements shops.

Desigual, Mango, Jack&Jones, Esprit, New Era, Adidas, Lacoste, Oxbow, Levi’s, Superdry, Delsey, Martina K… These are some of the brands that Tramuntana Moda offers you.

You have 30 days (from the purchase date) to make any changes. You must present the ticket, and it is essential that the item be properly labelled. No change will be made if the problem has been caused by misuse or treatment of the article.

Éclair Parfumeries is the brand of perfumery and parapharmacy items of the Grup Tramuntana. You will find a wide variety of perfumes, cosmetics, and parapharmacy items.

Perfumery: Dior, Guerlain, Chanel, Azzaro, Armani, Jean Paul Gaultier, Narciso Rodríguez, Rochas.
Cosmetics: Biotherm, Clarins, Yves Saint Laurent, Valmont, Jeanne Piaubert.
Parapharmacy: Roc, La Roche-Posay, Bioderma, Klorane, Nuxe, Avène, Vichy, Eucerin, Sanoflore.
Make-up: Clarins, Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent, Sisley, Guerlain.

Tramuntana Club

Signing up in Tramuntana Cub is easy:

Download the APP from Play Store if you have an Android device, or Apple Store if you have an iOS.
Click on the “Sign up” button and follow the steps. You will be asked for a series of data such as name, telephone number, email.
Choose a strong password.
Your account will be created with a customer card number assigned to it.

Once you are a member of Tramuntana Club, you’ll accumulate Euros in your account for all the purchases you make in our supermarkets and perfumeries, simply by showing your card number at the checkout.

You can use these accumulated Euros to generate coupons that you can redeem in fashion or perfumery.

You can change all your details from the APP by accessing the “My account” area and then “Edit”. In this section, you can modify your personal details.

  1. In the APP, look for “My card” section.
  2. Click on the “Redeem” button.
  3. Enter the amount you want depending on the accumulated balance.
  4. The coupon will be created, and you will be able to view it in the “Coupons” section.

Go to the “My account” section of the APP and click on “Change password”,
which will open a new screen asking you to enter your current password and the new one. Finally, you must click on the “Change password” button.

If you can’t remember your password when you log in, go to “I forgot my password”. A new screen will open, and you will be asked for the email address you used when you registered.

You will receive an email to change it; all you need to do is enter a new password.

Petrol station

Email us to info@latramuntana.com with your details and, above all, the purchase receipt. Once the incident is resolved, you will be informed by email at any time.

After-sales service

In the CONTACT section you can fill in your invoice request, providing us your details and a photo of your receipt.
